Dear Editors,
Dear Brothers and Sisters ( BOD-RIGS NAM-PA TSHO),

As you all know, recently we all have been immersed in the depths of all sorts of rumors, speculation and misinformation relating to the nascent dismissal or resignation of Mr. Ngapo Jigmela. It is unfortunate that we all are consumed in the controversy.

But then just like our saying, this has been a classic case of KYAN-NGAN DOG-SHAR or blessing in disguise, in retrospect. There was much finger pointing and mudslinging with unsubstantiated information, which was clearly repudiated by CTA as well as our New York Dhonchod. There is sufficient reason to believe that previous accusations were unfounded with no credibility.

Congressman Dana Rohrabacher is a very popular figure among his constituents, and he is a fervent supporter of our cause in the Congress. I also believe by now our congressman has realized that he had been a little abrupt in disseminating press reports, relating to the RFA affair. So, it's very important for all of us to continue to maintain a good, positive relationship with Dana Rohrabacher or any other figures in the US government service.

Let's move forward with our cause.

Thepo Tulku
